Why GTS? 

The world handicapping system addresses the inequities between players scores, so golfers with different levels of proficiency can enjoy playing fairly in a competition. While the handicap tracking provides a ranking of the player's overall ability, it does not involve the process for a golfer to methodically improve his/her handicap. 

GTS's Rating system and subsequential level system, allows golfers the ability to improve at their own pace.
